ABOUT THE EVENT
I used to call this ACR (Applied Cold Reading) but I've changed the name.
This is NOT the same as the separate course about giving 'psychic' readings, which takes place the day after.
You can sign up for one or the other, or for both, but they are separate and different.
I have been teaching CRFB since 2008. It's about taking some cold reading psychology and applying it to business and professional contexts.
CRFB is the finest rapport-creation system you can learn. It offers a new way to think about the psychology of communication, and you can apply it to any professional context.
I have taught CRFB to FBI agents, the British Olympics Team plus many top companies, as well as hundreds of men and women from all over the world. CRFB is especially useful in management, sales and any 'people-based' role, but you can apply it to just about any inter-personal communication.

WHAT I WILL DEMONSTRATE AND TEACH
CRFB is a powerful set of communication tools. If you ever need to sell, persuade or negotiate with people, you will find CRFB useful.
You will learn a new (and fascinating!) model of communication that you've never seen before. Though based on a simple idea (statements instead of questions) it will open your mind to many new possibilities.
You will learn the best and fastest way to build excellent rapport with people, especially in professional situations. In other words, how to create a sense of agreement and 'aligned interests'.
You will learn how to sell to your clients and customers by presenting your case in such a way that they are always in agreement with you!
You will also learn several advanced communication skills, including THE single most powerful communication technique you can possibly learn.
You will learn and practise simple practical exercises that give you the confidence to take these skills with you into the outside world.
CRFB is not a bland 'one size fits all' approach. You will learn how to build a CRFB model specific to you, your work and what you want to achieve.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
The CRVB Masterclass is for you if you want to learn how to use CRFB in your own personal or professional life. It also gives you the chance to practice your CRFB skills in a completely safe, friendly and supportive environment with expert help and supervision.
I have been running the Masterclass since 2008, during which time attendees have included sales executives, managers, teachers, therapists, doctors, police officers, entertainers, journalists, scientists, butchers, bakers and candle-stick makers. All have said they enjoyed it and found it useful. Several have said it's the very best course they have ever been on.
Magicians / mindreaders are welcome to attend the CRVB Masterclass, but it does not contain any 'magic' methods or routines. You will learn to be a better performer, but you won't learn any new tricks.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY
The CRFB Masterclass lasts one day. It consists of lecture sessions, some practical sessions (in which you try CRFB under my expert supervision), group work and some simple written exercises.
I intentionally do not say much about the contents of the Masterclass here. If you want to know why people rave so much about the content, then sign up! What follows is only a general outline.
Session 1. Introduction / the Standard Comparison / Defining terms and the CRFB model / Revisions and how we use them.
Session 2. Revisions in practice / The CRFB Process / 'THS' practical exercise, the fastest way I know to develop CRFB skill / Demonstration and practical sessions.
Session 3. Group work: Devising CRFB models / New practical exercise: SAVM / Advanced communication skills.
Session 4. Developing your own CRFB models for your working and professional life.

I provide full documentation for everyone who attends this course.
The course material is NOT supplied in any other form (notes, DVD etc.).

NO ADMISSION WITHOUT A TICKET / PLACES ARE LIMITED
You will not be able to attend this event unless you have paid in advance. You CANNOT pay 'on the day' or leave it until the last minute.
Places are strictly limited and are likely to sell out very quickly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Your fee does not cover accommodation or meals, although light refreshments are provided.
2. There are no refunds unless I cancel the class or training event you have signed up for. In the event of cancellation, I will refund your fee. I will not re-imburse you for travel, accommodation or any other costs.
3. You cannot transfer from the class or training event you have paid for to another one.
4. You can make handwritten notes during the class or training event, but you cannot use a laptop or any device with a keyboard. You may not use any audio or video recording device.
