Amazing little book!!

A selection of techniques, patterns and strategies explained briefly, directly and to the point.
The only problem I have with this little book, is that is exactly that: a short book. I would love a full and big book of Ian dedicated to this subject selling/persuasion. Sure he has much more things to say about all this, and it would be really great to see his complete approach to selling and every day persuasion.

"The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak." ~ Hans Hofmann
Ian Rowland's material is exactly that. Written with intelligence and impressive brevity, this gem of a booklet empasizes only the necessary. The subtleties of effective communication... direction, focus, and confidence (not to mention a few handy tricks!)... and how I can apply it all to sales. Ian gives all that. And it's remarkable.
